The general perception is that mostly Saudis wouldn't want their pictures taken. However I've recently found myself in a situation where people were queuing to have their pic taken by me! Another interesting thing is how showing the "peace" sign is so popular in Saudi.
lol, I wouldn't mind my picture being taken if I was wearing a neqab either :p
